OnlyFans star hopes fan ‘had fun’ filming racy clip as she learns he’s a ‘minor’

An OnlyFans model may have landed herself in hot water after she filmed an X-rated scene with a minor.

Michelle Comi, one of Italy's breakout stars on the adult platform, launched a competition where she gave one of her subscribers the chance to film a racy video with her.

But it was only after the steamy clip was filmed that she discovered the person she chose was underage.

"I made a selection and we recorded the video," she explained on TikTok.

"I had to choose a guy from my subscribers to record the video with. After several selections I chose and met him.

"Everything went well, we shot the video, but I hadn't gotten him to sign the paperwork yet."

Ms Comi explained she didn't realise the fan she'd chosen hadn't yet turned 18 and "went a little on trust" rather than going through the official channels to make sure what she was doing was legal.

"He skipped his year of birth, 2005," she continued.

"For obvious reasons [the fan being under 18], the video cannot be distributed. In fact, it really shouldn't exist. And indeed it was cancelled.

"It was my fault, I should have made him sign everything sooner, but being the first time I've done it, I went a little on trust."

The adult film star added she was now looking for someone new to make the X-rated film with – and ended by saying she hoped her illegal tryst was worth it.

"I'm looking for a partner again now. The boy got smart, but I hope he at least enjoyed himself," she laughed.

Fans were quick to call out the star for her mistake, while others rushed to support her.

"If a man did it we were talking about paedophilia," one wrote, while another, referencing Italy's age of consent of 14, chimed in: "But he was consenting, you didn’t risk any charges, as long as he didn’t die on you," to which Ms Comi replied: "But I can't use the video."

Ms Comi started her OnlyFans account after quitting her admin job at the Cancer Institute in Milan, where she says she was making €1400 (£1240) a month.

When probed on how much she makes on the adult website now, she responded: "I prefer not to say, but it doesn't compare to my salary in the hospital."

Speaking about her new career she said: "It's not easy to accept it, my mother didn't like it.

"But it is useless to forbid things to children. Sure, you have to be ready, we live in an old-fashioned society. Girls, be prepared for insults."
