King Charles has been warned against allowing controversial Prince Andrew back into the royal fold by a leading critic.
Speculation has been mounting relating to the disgraced Prince's role in the family since resigning from his royal roles in May, 2020.
It all stems from claims by Virginia Giuffre who claimed she was forced to have sex with the royal by billionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein – claims Andrew has always denied.

Just under a year ago the Prince handed over a substantial sum Ms Giuffre, reportedly in the region of £3m, in an out-of-court settlement to persuade her to drop her case against him.
He maintained he had never met her and denied any wrongdoing, but controversy around the case meant he stepped back from royal life.
Now, the Duke of York is reportedly "considering legal options" and is said to be consulting US lawyers Andrew Brettler and Blair Berk in hope of forcing a retraction or even an apology.
It follows Ms Giuffre dropping her lawsuit in November 2022 against another man she claimed had sexually abused her – admitting that she “may have made a mistake” in accusing him.
And it could be the result of this which could see him make pleas to return to the fold.
However, Daniela Elser, writing for news.com.au, has said King Charles would be “bloody stupid” to allow the man's return.
She wrote: “King Charles would seem to be OK with his brother reopening this hornet’s nest, which is without a doubt, the most serious crisis that has hit the Royal Family in decades.
Prince Andrew 'plotting royal comeback and hopes to overturn Virginia Giuffre settlement'
“However, it is the Charles part in all this that is most surprising and dare I say it, bloody stupid. The King has made a number of surprisingly benevolent gestures towards his brother.
“[He] is understood to be considering permitting him to use his HRH title on correspondence, which would prove a huge boost to the Duke; restoring status and credibility.
“Not only that, the two men have 'held talks' in recent weeks and Charles has given the green light to Andrew to 'pursue some business interests, which would serve the dual purpose of keeping him occupied and allowing him to make some money'.
“So, just to sum up – all the signs [are] pointing to not only Andrew getting set to stage a real comeback push but that Charles is showing a truly shocking degree of leniency towards the nearly universally despised Duke.
“What is clear as a bright Balmoral day is that all of this spells nothing but disaster in 48-point font for Charles.”
