(Reuters) – JPMorgan Chase & Co has reached a deal to buy the Infatuation, the company behind restaurant review brand Zagat, a person familiar with the matter said on Thursday.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Infatuation is a restaurant recommendation website that lets users find places to dine in multiple cities across the United States and outside its borders, such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and London, among others.
JPMorgan did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
