A fuming wife allegedly took revenge on her husband after they fell out, by peeing on his head.
An argument between the pair broke out while they were out at sea off the coast of Florida.
According to local reports the victim is pressing charges after things got out of hand on the cabin cruiser boat, floating on the Gulf of Mexico.
The disagreement, which has not yet been disclosed, culminated in the man's wife Heather Smith, 48, allegedly opening up a hatch and urinating on him as he was asleep in the cabin below.
Smith then allegedly bit her husband, who has not been named, on the stomach leaving him with bite marks.
A report was then made to Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Florida, with the victim pressing his wife on battery charges.
Officers were called to Rooker Island, off the coast of Tarpon Springs, around 1.15am on Sunday, News 6 report.

According an arrest report the man claimed his wife opened the front port hatch above the boat’s interior cabin where he was asleep and emptied her bladder.
The defendant "opened the front porch hatch that is located in the roof of the interior cabin and urinated on the victim,” police said.
Deputies said Smith also bit the victim on the stomach after he got up when she peed on him.
Cops reported the victim “had injuries that matched the story" and Smith admitted the offence.
The report also indicates that alcohol may have been a factor.
Smith was arrested on a domestic battery charge.
